Privacy Policy for ShowQuote

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application ShowQuote ("the Application") for mobile devices that was created by Pot O Luck LLC. The Application is a business tool designed for trade show scouting and product data management.

1. Data Collection

The Application collects and processes the following information:

• User Accounts: Email address, name, and organization name are collected during registration to provide synchronized services and organizational collaboration.
• Product Data: Information you enter (product names, prices, vendors, notes) and media you capture (photos, videos, voice memos) are stored locally on your device and synchronized to our secure server to enable cross-device access and backup.
• Location Data: The Application uses GPS to determine your precise coordinates when entering a new product. This is used to automatically configure regional pricing logic (such as defaulting to FOB vs. DDP) based on your geographic location. This data is not tracked in the background.
• Device IDs: We use device identifiers for app functionality and to support advertising services (Google AdMob).

2. Global Manufacturer Analytics (Data Pooling)

To provide enhanced intelligence to our users, ShowQuote may anonymously aggregate general vendor data (such as factory names, product categories, and average Minimum Order Quantities) to build global directory insights.

No personal pricing data, product photos, proprietary notes, or organizational identities are ever shared or made public.

Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your basic vendor scans to contribute to the global directory, you may completely opt-out at any time by navigating to Settings -> Advanced / Recovery -> Global Analytics Opt-Out.

3. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

In-App Deletion: You can delete your account immediately by navigating to Settings -> Advanced / Recovery -> Delete Account within the Application.

Request via Email: If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by emailing us at info@potoluck.net. Please include your registered email address in the request. We will process your deletion within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may collect data governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.
• Google Drive (Optional): If you enable "Cloud Sync", the app will upload data to your personal Google Drive account. We do not access other files in your Drive.
